JOINT CAMPUS RECRUITMENT DRIVE AT SHIVALIK GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS
One of the Growing Company based at NOIDA Requires B.Tech(CSE & IT) and MCA 2012 students,
The Company has the following eligibility criteria and terms for the selection procedure:
1. Candidate's aggregate percentage should be 55% or more in 10th,
12th, and Graduation and PG.
2. There shall be three rounds of interview:
a.Online Test (Computers, Aptitude and English based), this is an
elimination round.
b.Machine Test
c.Personal Interview
3. The candidate has to fill a service agreement of one year
4. There shall be performance based stipend initially for six months during
industrial training. And after completion of one year the salary package
would be upto 2.4 Lacs per Annum.
5. The Company have three profiles for which they are hiring:
a. PHP Developer Trainee
b. SEO Trainee
c. Manual Tester Trainee
1. PHP Developer Trainee
Incumbent will be given a training for Building, Testing & maintaining web-based business applications.
2. Manual tester Trainee
Incumbent will be given a training on the test planning, execution, test plan development – Developing test scenarios from the product/solution requirements.
3. SEO Trainee (Search Engine Optimization)
Incumbent will be given a training on Web Promotion, promotions in Google, yahoo etc, understanding of search engine algorithms, Complete SEO including Link building, Link exchange.
Stipend - Rs. 8,000/-
Salary Package After completion of one year – Rs 2.4 Lacs
