Profile (B.Tech) : Remote Infrastructure Management

· Should have basic knowledge of operating systems like Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.

· Should have knowledge of software, anti-virus, virus, wireless etc.

· Should have knowledge of Installation and troubleshooting of Printers.

· Should have knowledge of Basic troubleshooting of computer problems.

· Should be aware about the OS Installation, Repair, and Optimization.

· Should be aware about the internet related problems.

· Should be a team player and eager to learn

Profile (MBA) : Technical Sales

· Excellent communication skills.

· Excellent convincing skills.

· A bit of technical knowledge. Good knowledge of the same would be an added advantage.

· Should have knowledge of peripherals (printers/web cam/modem/routers etc.)

· Should be comfortable working for 24*7 environment.

· Should be open to relocate in Gurgaon
