Job Description

1        Selling Monster's enterprise solutions to leading companies
2         Identify & analyze the clients requirements, thoroughly mapping the accounts
3         Propose apt solutions based on client requirement for talent acquisition.
4         Interaction with senior management in the client organizations & present Monster's products & services
5         Manage complex sales situations & acquire new clients based on "value based selling".
6         Manage collections and accounts receivables.
