# A Human Resources coordinator will be required to
multitask by actively participating in the recruiting process.
# The profile would be responsible for preparing and coordinating with the recruiter.
# As this position has unparalleled access to data, the profile will be required to conduct a substantial amount of research, analysis and reporting in addition to daily tasks.
# Also the HR Coordinator will be handling the candidates who walk up to the office for the interviews.
# Hence the coordinator is required to manage pre-joining/onboarding formalities for new hires, also maintain the data on regular basis.
# The person should be flexible to work on extended hours on weekdays and come to work on weekends based on the drives conducted.
