GSTP 2015
Program Architecture: The Graduate Sales Trainee Program (YPDP) 2015 program is a 1 year program broadly divided into 4 phases:
Induction and Orientation (1 Week) in Bangalore.( Traveling expense will be reimbursed and accommodation will be provided).
  • Posting as Graduate Sales Trainee in respective location.
  • Quarterly review and on the job training with assigned targets for next One year.
  • Training Evaluation & Assessment
  • On successful clearing the assessment , confirmation and posting as Territory Sales Officer ( In the locations where open positions are available )

The selection process would be as follows.
  • Pre-placement presentation.
  • Group discussion followed by a shortlist.
  • Assessment test.
  • Personal interview by the HR Team and Regional Head Sales.
  • Offer at the end of the selection process.

During the GSTP Training (September 2015 – September 2016) , Compensation offered would be around : Rs. 3.15 lacs.
