IGATE  www.igate.com is conducting walk-in drive to the post of Technical Support for BE / BTech / MCA 2015 passed out candidates at Noida Location. The date of walk-in drive is 2 Sep 2015. Candidates must have minimum 60% marks throughout academics.

Eligibility Criteria :
  • BE / BTech / MCA 2015 Batch Freshers
  • Should have minimum of 60% aggregate and above in academics 10th, 12th and graduation. Should have no gaps in education
  • Skills Required :
    • Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
    • Should have good interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
    • Basic computing skills
    • Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred
    • Willing to work in a Technical Inbound voice process
Job Description :
  • Provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution and technical troubleshooting to customer queries over the voice based phone service
  • Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.
  • Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
  • Clarify customer requirements probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
