Role:
Design & Development for Instrument Panel
Cluster, Digital TFT clusters
Responsibility:
- Requirement
specification creation for parts like IPC, Digital TFT clusters, HUD,
Sensors
- DMU/CAD
data & Part Drawing preparation in UGNx
- Assembly
& Layout Checks for parts in UGNx
- Vehicle
Hardware Interface circuit diagram preparation
- Testing/Validation
of parts (Vehicle & Part level) & observation analysis
- Product
development and Project Management
- Quality
issues analysis and countermeasure
- Supplier
Management & Co-ordination with supplier of IPC & Digital Cluster
makers.
Competency Requirement:
Technical/Functional:
- Good
knowledge for IPC, Digital Clusters & Digital Cockpits systems.
- Knowledge
of automotive relevant safety standards like AIS, IS11827, ECE, ISO 26262…
- Hands
on experience in DMU/CAD data preparation/checking in UGNx.
- Experience
with development on SoC & Microcontroller platforms.
- Experience
of complete lifecycle of design and development for at least 01
part/model.
- Study
Industry Trends (global & domestic) and apply it in work related
area
Educational Requirement:
B.E / B. Tech/M Tech in
Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
