previously worked with Infosys, IBM, IBM-Netsol, HCL, Dell, Ericsson, McAfee,
Toshiba, TCS, etc. The combined experience of these professionals, who are
Erudite IT Professionals Pvt. Ltd.’s consultants in developing the course and
projects execution, is over 200 person years. The overall team has
multinational experience of executing medium and large scale IT
infrastructure projects (both implementation and maintenance). In India, we
either have technical training institutes or we have HR firms that provide
unskilled/ semi-skilled manpower. EITP

As we would be recruiting the students for executing medium and large scale
IT projects, we will ensure that they undergo a 6-months PAID training which brings them at par with the best.
We
have seasoned faculty members who, under the expert guidance of experienced
industry IT professionals, will train you. We would focus not only on theory
but introduce the concept of case studies where live examples from the
industry would be put forward and students would complete projects within
stipulated timelines. The training would enable you to feel confident of
clearing professional certifications like CCNA, RHCE, MCSE, MCSA, etc.

Class hours- 2 classes of 2 hours each daily Monday – Friday excluding
National and Public Holidays

Eligibility: B.Sc.- IT/ M.Sc.- IT/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ BCA/ MCA
Welcome
to the world of Information Infrastructure Technology. During the next 6
months, EITP would train you in the following areas
1-
PC/ Laptop and Printer basic and advance knowledge
2-
Linux Administration
3-
Server Administration
4-
Network Administration
This
is where the commonality between Erudite and other training institutes ends.
In addition to the courses mentioned above, there would be 1 week of special
classes in the 6th month prior to a final assessment for the
following 2 areas –
1-Communication
skills including e-mail communication
2-IT
Service Delivery Process
Minimum
Eligibility Criteria for
becoming
an EITP employee
B.
Tech, M.Tech and MCA students are eligible to become employees. For the remaining
students 100% job assistance will
be provided. 75% attendance for all classes is mandatory during probation
time. At the end of the 6 months training (a detailed schedule would be
provided
at
the time of registration), a 1-hour Multiple Choice question Exam would be
conducted and a minimum of 60% marks are required to qualify for employment
with Erudite IT Professionals Pvt. Ltd. All candidates should get a clean
background verification check, which includes their academic and professional
background.
During
the 1st six months of your tenure of employment with EITP, the trainee will
be paid a stipend as Trainee Engineer- IT. After 6 months of
probation, the trainee would become a permanent employee of EITP and your
role and salary would be revised to the position of Engineer- IT.
Erudite encourages the new age rule of work from home lest there is a project
meeting required at the office premises. As a full time employee, you can be
deputed anywhere in India or abroad (like APAC, US, Europe, China, etc.) as
and when the projects require. Remuneration would be discussed for overseas
posting at the time of travel.
