DISCOVER THE MOST PASSIONATE THING ABOUT YOURSELF AND START DOING IT RIGHT NOW.

Do this and you don’t have to work throughout your life.

Most of the people with whom I have met are not satisfied with their current Profile/job/business. Why? Research have shown that every person has a particular skill set and he is more comfortable and delivers more when he gets to utilize his skills in the kind of work which he loves to do. It could be anything—music, writing, drawing, acting, teaching—it really doesn’t matter. All that matters is that once you know what you want to do just go for it.

1)      Identify your key skills , your strengths, your personality, your hobby, what you love to do the most and find ease and enjoy doing it. For eg if you love to cooking. You will always find a way or reasons to cook because you enjoy doing it. Invent new dishes maybe on  Learn everything about it in depth. You will learn the minute minute details of your passion. Yearn for it. Don’t waste your time doing something   if you are made for something else

2)      I have always been a big proponent of following your heart and doing exactly what you want to do. It sounds so simple, right? But there are people who spend years—decades, even—trying to find a true sense of purpose for themselves. My advice? Just find the thing you enjoy doing more than anything else, your one true passion, and do it for the rest of your life on nights and weekends when you’re exhausted and cranky and just want to go to bed

3)      Its never too late, and we have only one life to live. Here what I am saying is just take say 10-15% of your time towards your passion. Gradually increase it and finely plunge into it.  for example, that your passion is painting. Well, what are you waiting for? Get out there and buy a canvas and some painting supplies! Go sign up for art classes! And when you get so overwhelmed with your job and your personal life that you barely have enough time to see your girlfriend or boyfriend or husband or wife, let alone do anything else, go ahead and skip classes for a few weeks. Then let those paint brushes sit in your room untouched for six months because a major work project came up and you had a bunch of weddings to go to and your kid got sick and money is tighter than you thought it would be and you have to work overtime. And then finally pick those brushes back up again only to realize you’re so rusty that you begin to question whether this was all a giant waste of time, whether you even want to paint anymore, and whether this was just some sort of immature little fantasy you had as a kid and that maybe it’s finally time to grow the fuck up, let painting go, and join the real world because, let’s face it, not everyone gets to live out their dreams.

4)      Really, the biggest obstacle to overcome here—aside from every single obligation you have to your friends, family, job, and financial future—is you. And I’ll tell you this much: You don’t want to wake up in 10 years and think to yourself, “What if I had just gone after my dreams during those brief 30-minute lunch breaks when I was younger?” Because even if it doesn’t work out, don’t you owe it to yourself to look in the mirror and confidently say, “You know what, I gave it my best half-hearted shot”

AT LEAST GIVE A CHANCE TO YOURSELF WHAT YOU DESERVE

How to achieve success in your exams and career

Start by doing what is necessary, then what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

How to achieve success in your exams and career

Albert Einstein used 17.4% of his actual memory and he was called genius. The average man does not use above ten per cent of his actual memory. He wastes the ninety per cent by violating the natural laws of remembering. Are you one of these average persons? Would you like to become a genius?
Learn great memory retention techniques and score high in your exams.
Discover How to get distinction in your exams and pave your way to success.
Reduce your study time and increase your memory retention time.
Learn How to awaken the genie inside you and achieve whatever you want.

Improving your Learning Abilities

Improve your memory through the natural laws :

Impression
Repetition
Association

Five minutes of vivid, energetic concentration will produce greater results than days of mooning about in mental haze. “One intense hour”, wrote Henry Ward Beecher, “will do more than dreamy years”. It is the undivided concentration in a particular job at hand that is one of the secrets of memory power.

Ingredients to form a good memory

  • Concentrate.
  • Observe closely.
  • Get your impressions through as many senses as possible.
  • Be sure to get eye impressions. They stick. The nerves leading from eye to the brain are twenty five times as large than those leading from ears to brain
  • The second law of memory is repetition. We can memorize anything if we repeat it often enough. But bear these facts in mind as you repeat.
  •  Repeat the things over and over till it is engraved in your mind. Repeat at intervals.
  • The third law of memory is association-whatever appears in the mind must be introduced and , when introduced it is as the associate of something already there.
  • When you wish to associate one fact with others already in the mind, think over the new fact from all angles. Ask about it such questions as these: “Why is this so? How is this so? When is this so? Where is it so? Who said it so?
No matter what you do, do your best at it. If you are going to be a bum, be the best bum there is.

ALL THE BEST

KEEP LEARNING AND KEEP YEARNING

A Dozen Steps to be taken to achieve SUCCESS

Twelve Essentials for Success

1. Work in a Diverse Environment
Learning from people who are different from you - and recognizing your commonalities - is an important part of your education and essential preparation for the world you will join.

2. Manage Time and Priorities
Managing how and on what you spend your time, demonstrates your ability to prioritize and spend your time wisely on the activities that will make you marketable in today’s market. Staying in control of your life is essential to your overall well-being.

3. Acquire Knowledge
Learning how to learn is just as important as the knowledge itself. You will continue to learn every day for the rest of your life. So it is important that you recognize the lessons that your experiences teach you. The liberal arts curriculum encourages life-long learning. Take advantage of your ability to take a variety of classes and get involved on campus. Learning about yourself is just as important about learning about a particular subject matter that interests you.

4. Think Critically
Employers value the ability to analyze a situation rationally. Developing solid critical thinking skills means you will have the confidence to handle autonomy and make sound decisions.

5. Communicate Effectively
Developing listening, interpreting and speaking skills is just as important as reading and writing. Become conscious of your speech patterns and habits. Respond to people by finding something unique in their ideas without only considering your personal experiences. Connect to what they are saying, not what you want to say in response.

6. Solve Problems
This is something we do naturally everyday; understand the process and mind-set of successful problem solving and you will more easily handle the bigger challenges that come your way.

7. Contribute to a Team
Your ability to work with others is vital. Know when to lead and when to follow, and appreciate different group dynamics.

8. Navigate across Boundaries
Life is filled with boundaries - good and bad. Discover how to avoid the boundaries that become barriers so that you do not hamper the ability to collaborate with other people. Also, learn how to create positive boundaries to boost communication among others.

9. Perform with Integrity
It only takes one negative event/interaction to destroy years of good faith and favorable relationships. It’s important to develop a code of ethics and principles to guide you through your life.

10. Develop Professional Competencies
The end of college is the beginning of a new education. Build on what you already know and keep learning new skills; no matter what career path you take, your job will challenge you to grow and develop in ways you haven’t imagined.

11. Balance Work and Life
You have a lot to accomplish in, essentially, only 24 hours.  Know when to say no and confidently stand by your decisions. Each person has his/her own needs and interests. Strive to meet your own expectations for a fulfilling collegiate and life experience.

12. Embrace Change
Just about every aspect of life is in a constant state of change. No matter how you feel about change, you have to learn to deal with it.

Company Profile

The story of one of India's favourite brands reads almost like a fairy tale. Once upon a time, in 1892 to be precise, a biscuit company was started in a nondescript house in Calcutta (now Kolkata) with an initial investment of Rs. 295. The company we all know as Britannia today.

The beginnings might have been humble-the dreams were anything but. By 1910, with the advent of electricity, Britannia mechanised its operations, and in 1921, it became the first company east of the Suez Canal to use imported gas ovens. Britannia's business was flourishing. But, more importantly, Britannia was acquiring a reputation for quality and value. As a result, during the tragic World War II, the Government reposed its trust in Britannia by contracting it to supply large quantities of "service biscuits" to the armed forces.

As time moved on, the biscuit market continued to grow… and Britannia grew along with it. In 1975, the Britannia Biscuit Company took over the distribution of biscuits from Parry's who till now distributed Britannia biscuits in India. In the subsequent public issue of 1978, Indian shareholding crossed 60%, firmly establishing the Indianness of the firm. The following year, Britannia Biscuit Company was re-christened Britannia Industries Limited (BIL). Four years later in 1983, it crossed the Rs. 100 crores revenue mark.

On the operations front, the company was making equally dynamic strides. In 1992, it celebrated its Platinum Jubilee. In 1997, the company unveiled its new corporate identity - "Eat Healthy, Think Better" - and made its first foray into the dairy products market. In 1999, the "Britannia Khao, World Cup Jao" promotion further fortified the affinity consumers had with 'Brand Britannia'.

Britannia strode into the 21st Century as one of India's biggest brands and the pre-eminent food brand of the country. It was equally recognised for its innovative approach to products and marketing: the Lagaan Match was voted India's most successful promotional activity of the year 2001 while the delicious Britannia 50-50 Maska-Chaska became India's most successful product launch. In 2002, Britannia's New Business Division formed a joint venture with Fonterra, the world's second largest Dairy Company, and Britannia New Zealand Foods Pvt. Ltd. was born. In recognition of its vision and accelerating graph, Forbes Global rated Britannia 'One amongst the Top 200 Small Companies of the World', and The Economic Times pegged Britannia India's 2nd Most Trusted Brand.

Today, more than a century after those tentative first steps, Britannia's fairy tale is not only going strong but blazing new standards, and that miniscule initial investment has grown by leaps and bounds to crores of rupees in wealth for Britannia's shareholders. The company's offerings are spread across the spectrum with products ranging from the healthy and economical Tiger biscuits to the more lifestyle-oriented Milkman Cheese. Having succeeded in garnering the trust of almost one-third of India's one billion population and a strong management at the helm means Britannia will continue to dream big on its path of innovation and quality. And millions of consumers will savour the results, happily ever after.

Million Dollar Question - What you want to become.... The Answer is Here

When we were child we all had dreams. Some of us wanted to become Prime Minister or President of India. Some would like to go to moon. Some wanted to become a big film star; we all had imaginations the wildest of all, but as we grow our all dreams just remain dreams only. Very few people dare to fulfill their dreams and they have conquered the world.

Shakespeare, Mozart, Einstein, Michael Faraday, Isaac Newton, Dhirubhai Ambani, Rahul Bajaj, Vivekananda, Sachin Tendulkar, Michael Schumacher, Amitabh Bachchan, all are human beings. They all have it. They all have followed their dreams. The men who rise highest in the world are those who can both think and do.

This course is for those individuals who dare to dream BIG, and then they have the audacity to go out and turn that dream into a reality. Believing in your own ideas, abilities, and decision making ability is the first step to achieve success in life.
Just believe in your passion and make it happen and all the essential tools that you require for a rapid success, we will give you. So be ready to explore the wonderful world of UNLIMITED SUCCESS.

Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which one has overcome while trying to succeed.

If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you, what you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.

Two men look out through the same bars: One sees the mud, other sees stars.

Finding your mission
Many people go through life working and living without knowing what is important to them, trudging along in a life of other’s expectations. They have unconsciously accepted what they have learned from family and from society as to what they should be doing. There is no consideration of whether the roles they took on are really what give them joy and inner peace. They do not look inside for the answers even when they sense something unfulfilling about their lives. They go through life waiting for something or somebody to tell them why they exist. Others are so busy ‘doing’ what they do not take the time to reflect on why they do what they do. They do not pause to question why they don’t feel joyful and fulfilled as they forge ahead day after day. They go through their whole lives, never asking defining questions like these:-“what is in me?, what is my passion?, “my reason for being”? Without answering those questions, people will never discover the reason for their existence.

It is not the task, but how we feel about the task that makes it meaningful. Knowing your mission and following it means that you enjoy what you do.

We create our own world by our own thoughts and thus we make our own heaven and our own hell.-Swami Mukta Nanda.

If you keep waiting for just the right time, you may never begin. Begin NOW! Begin where you are with what you are.

Plan your career far ahead. Concentrate on a single Goal. Keep your eye on the winning post. Be the man who made it not the man who almost made it.

Great opportunities await those who give more than what is asked. I encourage you to put uncommon touch on even the most common task. We may never have the opportunities to do great things in a great way, but we all have the chance to do small things in a great way.

Instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers, why not plant your own garden.

I know you have an impressive wardrobe. But of all the things you wear, your expression is the most important. If someone remembers your suite and not your smile you didn’t smile enough.

Think you can, think you can’t either way you are right.

There is vitality, a life force, energy, a quickening that is translated through your action and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost.

You are here for a reason. You have a unique gift to offer the world. Once you find your special talents and pursue them, whether it is to be the best carpenter, accountant, singer, mother, or nuclear physicist that you can be, you will have a sense of inner peace. You will feel that you have found your reason for being. You may have several talents and you have the choice to follow one or a combination of them.

You know what your passions are. Sometimes they are buried deep because someone you trusted told you that they weren’t practical or you weren’t good enough. But if you tap into your inner resources and listen to what your heart really calls you to do, you can find ways of making it happen. You’ve already got what it takes. What you’ve got is all you need. So just follow your passion.

Once you find your passion, follow it. But be alert to the feedback you are getting. LINUS TORVALDS the creator of LINUX the phenomenally successful operating system started Linux as a personal   passion to improve on the existing operating systems. He offered his work free on internet so that others would add their input and modify what he was creating. What resulted was a system which is used by millions of people in the world. Today Linux is still growing and developing and Linus is a legend in the computer world. Remember the business world is full of people who are searching for something-the next great idea, the surefire marketing plan, the toy every kid has to have, the gadget no adult can live without. They’re looking so hard for the gold at the end of the rainbow that they often don’t see the diamonds glittering in their hands.

Make a rule of life never to regret and never look back. Regret is an appalling waste of energy. You cannot build on it. It’s only good for wallowing in.
