RoR skills :

• Rails 3.x.x and Rails 4.x.x knowledge required
• Strong knowledge of ruby language.
• Active merchant, Paypal integration and Web-services
• Social Media and other API integration

Relational databases :

• MySql, Postgres, etc.
• - If he knows NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, etc would be plus point

Server skills : 

• Must be knowing heroku deployment
• Must have knowledge in passenger and nginx, apache server configuration

Test skills : 

• Knowledge of Test Cases TDD & BDD ( Rspec, cucumber, seleinum)

Fresher - 6 months experience in any technology can apply but should be comfortable to shift in ROR . The candidate should have very good command over OOPS & Excellent communication Skills.
