Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) is the master planning, creative development, design, engineering, production, project management, and research and development arm of Disney’s Parks and Resorts business segment. Representing more than 150 disciplines, its talented corps of Imagineers are responsible for the creation of Disney resorts, theme parks and attractions, hotels, water parks, real estate developments, regional entertainment venues, cruise ships and new media technology projects. This financial analyst supports the larger US based finance team with various day to day responsibilities such as, but not limited to, processing service entries, maintaining reporting, and month end tasks that could include journal entries and international billing.
A financial analyst would be responsible for:
Accounting functions such as journal entries, service entries, international billing, contract administration, transaction research, management reporting
Reporting functions such as running reports, maintaining and updating reports as well as report creation and summarizing report data
Delivering work products, including procedural tasks and financial reports, on time
Ensuring accuracy of financial information
Following standard Imagineering structure and process for journals, billing, and other transactions
Utilizing software such as SAP, MS Excel, Khalix, PMCS and Empire Resource to deliver work product
Responding to requests from US partners promptly and efficiently
Maintaining open lines of communication with partners and management in US
BCom /MCom with 2-3 years of experience
