Samalkha Group of Institutions, Samalkha is organizing a pool campus drive for Tech Mahindra Limited on 8th July 2015(Wednesday)

The pool campus drive has been arranged to benefit the students of B.E/B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/Diploma 

We have 2 set of requirements, please refer below for details:-

Requirement 1:-

Designation                       : Associate-Technical Support (Voice Based)

Band                                      : U1

Job Location                       : Noida (A6/A7, Sector-64, Noida)

Salary offered (TCTC)     : INR.2,06,764/- (Approx Take home around 14/15 K) for Fresher;

: Experienced resource salary will be shared/closed on case to case basis.

Terms & Condition         : Selected candidates need to sign an service level agreement for 1 year (Indemnity Bond Amount: INR.50,000/- only)

Job Description:

Experience: 0 to 3 years (including Fresher’s)

Any Graduates can apply with basic understanding of Network related troubleshooting.

B.E/B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ Technical Diploma holder can also apply.

Excellent communication in English

Ability to communicate well and troubleshoots network related queries of the customer (Voice Based).

Willing to work in 24x7 (Including night shift)

Pick/Drop would be provided in company provided positive zone

Requirement 2:-

Designation                       : Associate-Customer Support (Voice Based)

Band                                      : U1

Job Location                       : Noida (A6/A7, Sector-64, Noida)

Salary offered (TCTC)     : INR. 1, 77,765 to 2,27,394/-

: Experienced resource salary will be shared/closed on case to case basis.

Terms & Condition         : For: B.E/B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA: Candidates need to sign a service level agreement for 1 year (Indemnity Bond Amount: INR.50, 000/- only)

Job Description:

Experience: 0 to 3 years (including Fresher’s)

Any Under-Graduate/Graduate with Excellent communication skills can apply.

B.E/B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ Technical Diploma holder can also apply provided they are ok to sign service level agreement for 1 year (Indemnity Bond Amount: INR.50,000/- only)

Excellent communication in English

Willing to work in 24x7 (Including night shift)

Pick/Drop would be provided in company provided positive zone

 Documents to be provided/submitted:

1.       Copy of resume.

2.       Copy of 10^th and 12^th - Mark sheet and Passing certificate

3.       Graduation/PG – All year Mark sheet and Degree/Passing certificate (Incase of 2015 pass-out:- Please provide ATTESTED COPIES OF ALL YEARS MARK-SHEET downloaded from University website and a PROVISIONAL PASSING CERTIFICATE from the respective colleges)

4.       Address proof (Permanent or correspondence).

5.       Any government approved Identity Proof.

6.       Two recent passport size photographs

7.       Last 2 salary-slips (April 2015 & May 2015) and Current Company increment letter & Offer letter which should reflect your DOJ: For experienced candidates.

8.       Copies of all previous relieving and experience letter pertaining to your employment till date (It should also reflects your DOJ and LWD): For experienced candidates.
