Position :Technical Recruiter
Department : IMS (ORS – US)
Location : Thaltej, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
Pay Range :
• INR 16,000 CTC for first 6 months (Take Home: INR 14,500, after deducting PF, ESIC and Professional Tax )
• INR 18,000 CTC from 7th month (Take Home: INR 16,500, after deducting PF, ESIC and Professional Tax )
Incentive/ Bonus:
Recruiters get INR 3,000/- for the first start in a month and form second and onwards starts in the same month shall be paid at the rate of INR 4,000/- (this is subject to policy changes).
Educational Qualification:
• 4 years degree in following specialization:
• Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Mechanical/ Electronics & Communication.
Required skills:
• Minimum 50% or above average marks.
• Excellentverbal and written English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Internet
• Willingness to learn new things
• Readiness to work in night shift
Benefits:
• Pick up & Drop facility for females employees working in the night shift

• If an employee leaves the organization within 6 months of joining (after completing the training and before completing 6 months in the system), then the cost of training of INR 20,000/- will be recovered by the trainee.
