3. Sales Operations Analyst - Trainee:

· Analyze data and assist with process execution.

· Support New Year Resolution (NYR) activities and work with stakeholders on account creation processes.

4. PACE Coordinator - Trainee:

· Take ownership of the interview and hiring process.

· Coordinate and schedule virtual or in-person candidate interviews.

· Assist with pre-boarding processes and ensure smooth candidate experiences.

Who You Are:

· Graduated in 2023 with a non-technical degree (e.g., B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM).

· Must be available for the entire 12-month program starting in 2024.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.

· Strong communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for learning.

· Must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) with a valid student enrollment number.
