Job Role:
IT Support Associate
As an IT Support Associate, you will provide technical support for Amazon’s internal customers, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth operations across various Amazon sites. You’ll collaborate with teams across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions, making this an exciting global-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:

Effective Communication: Provide clear, concise support to
internal customers, including IT and customer service teams globally.
·
IT Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with end-user
devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
·
OS Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with Windows and Linux
operating systems.
·
Adherence to SOPs: Follow standard operating procedures to
maintain efficiency in daily IT operations.
·
Rotational Shifts: Work in a 24x7 environment, ensuring timely
support and issue resolution in line with Service Desk goals like Response and
Resolution SLA.
Basic Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any discipline.
·
0-18 months of work experience in IT or related fields.
·
Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
·
Basic understanding of ITIL-based ticketing and monitoring tools.
·
Basic network troubleshooting skills.
