Educational Qualification

  • Eligibility: Any Engineering Diploma, B.E/B. Tech, BSc/MSc graduates who completed their degree in 2018, 2019, or 2020 with no prior work experience.

What You Will Be Trained On

As a Trainee Apprentice at Cyient, you will receive comprehensive training on various concepts and tools used in different projects. This includes:

  • Domains: Telecommunication, Utilities, Geospatial, Mining & Exploration, Navigation, and more.
  • Tools and Applications: AutoCAD, ArcGIS, MicroStation, QGIS, Google Earth, and others.

Roles and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Trainee Apprentice will include:

  • Understanding structural data such as Digital Geospatial Maps and Engineering Designs/Documents.
  • Handling unstructured data such as text, logs, spreadsheets, PDFs, and images.
  • Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze and interpret geospatial maps and engineering designs.
  • Quickly learning and adopting various CAD/GIS tools.
  • Creating, modifying, or updating geospatial-based network and engineering designs according to client guidelines.
  • Meeting project-specific production and quality performance goals.
  • Performing project-related work and additional duties as needed.

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: INR 1,75,000 per annum.
  • First 6 Months: INR 13,000 per month.
  • Next 6 Months: INR 14,000 per month.
  • Bonuses: INR 6,500 after completion of the first 6 months and INR 6,500 after completion of 12 months.

Potential Career Path

Based on your performance during the 12-month training period, you will have the opportunity to be converted into a permanent employee. With experience in domains, tools, applications, and multiple projects, you could lead a team or become a subject matter expert. Additionally, upskilling and reskilling in technologies that Cyient is working on will open doors to internal job postings.

Work Shifts

You will be required to work in one of the following three shifts based on project requirements:

  • First Shift: 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM
  • Second Shift: 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM
  • General Shift: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Working Days

Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work based on project demand.

Mode of Work

  • Initial 4 weeks: On-job training at the office premises.
  • Post-pandemic: Transition to working from the office.

Documents Required for Joining

  • Educational copies (from SSC to Highest Degree)
  • Individual memos or Consolidated marks memo
  • Provisional certificate
  • AADHAAR card
  • PAN card
