Role Overview: Junior Specialist Intern
As a
Junior Specialist Intern, you will be part of the KMS team and
contribute to improving BCG's knowledge base. You will assist with knowledge
curation activities, including identifying, extracting, and sanitizing
content from various document repositories. This role involves close
collaboration with Content Managers, Topic teams, and Practice Areas, offering
a chance to work on diverse projects and build skills in a learning-rich

Key Responsibilities
1.
Knowledge Curation & Content Management:

Content Extraction & Sanitization: Identify and curate meaningful content from
various document repositories, ensuring it is sanitized and relevant for
sharing.

Knowledge Gap Analysis: Work with Content Managers to identify gaps
in BCG’s knowledge base and fill them by curating targeted case information.

Content Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of content quality by
adhering to BCG’s confidentiality and accuracy guidelines.

Collaboration & Support:

Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Topic, Case, and Practice
Areas teams to provide customized knowledge solutions.

Problem Solving: Proactively address recurring issues and
collaborate with team members to suggest improvements.
·
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal
stakeholders and provide specific support services, ensuring a smooth
knowledge-sharing process.

Research & Analysis:

Research Projects: Conduct research to support case teams and
other groups, utilizing BCG’s proprietary tools and external resources.

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze collected data to extract insights

Skills & Qualifications Required
Essential
Qualifications:

Educational Background: University degree with high academic
achievement. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
are welcome.

government.
