Role and Responsibility :

• Customer Service through calls, Chats & emails
• Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware through call.
• Microsoft Application, OS (Windows/MAC/Linux), hardware, servers(Protocols/DNS/Active Directory etc.) and Network(VPN/Routers/LAN/WAN etc.)troubleshooting
• International Process
• Flexible to work in shifts(Rotational)

Education and Qualification : 

• Experience 0- 2 yrs
• Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc & BSc IT (Except Stats, Maths Hons & Eco Hons)
• Full time MBA, BE, and B-Tech graduates with minimum 6 months of BPO experience

Back office:

• Candidate should have good command over English and should Prioritize work requests.
• Providing management and support solutions properly for sleek businss operations and efficient staff management.
• Providing back end specialized solutions and trouble shooting solutions.
• Candidate Will have to work on ecommerce profile.

Internet Researcher:

• Candidate is Responsible for Email, Companies research, existing client research.
• Candidate is responsible for generating the quality emails from the provided resources and other resources..
• Candidate is responsible to assist the Marketing Experts in syndicating and promoting the webinars.
• Candidate is responsible for the up gradation of the required skills.
• Candidate must ensure to perform all the activities as assigned by the senior.

Supervisor Quality Control: (Only Female Candidates should Apply)

• Repeats inspection procedure until product meets quality standards and specifications are attained.
• Confers with customer representative to resolve complaints.
• Notifies suppliers and subcontractors of reasons for rejection of materials and parts received.
• Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.

Purchaser:

• Purchasing material for inventory and non-stock items for branches and customer orders. 
• Resolving errors on purchase orders as required. 
• Investigating and determining what/how/ why material came in incorrectly or damaged (for non conformances). 
• Filing Purchase Orders. 
• Reviewing reports for stock outs and expediting open orders. 
• Monitoring price increases and communicating changes as necessary. 
• Assisting with stock rotations as needed. 
• Other duties as assigned.
