Cognizant is seeking enthusiastic individuals for their Off Campus Drive 2023 to join as Digital Workplace Services Graduate Trainees for the Service Desk, operating in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata.

Job Description:

The IT Service Desk plays a pivotal role in providing technical support to global clients, encompassing troubleshooting, IT issue resolution, and ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems and IT services. With 15,000 members supporting 90 global clients, this team offers vital support leveraging technological advancements like AI chatbots and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Location & Eligibility:

Candidates from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 batches of any 3-year Graduation program (UG full-time degree) are eligible. Indian nationals with a minimum of 50% in X, XII, Diploma, or UG, flexible to work locations, shift timings, and technologies can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Graduate Trainees will:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues and logging/tracking support tickets for timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software problems, collaborate with IT teams, and maintain documentation for efficient problem-solving.

Role Expectations:

Successful candidates should:

  • Be client-focused, possess strong communication skills, and exhibit sound technical knowledge.
  • Work in shifts and from the office, effectively communicating with users from diverse communities.

Support & Compensation:

The role offers a compensation of INR 2,52,000 LPA for Graduate Trainees, inclusive of support such as night shift allowances, cab facilities, and rewards for top performers.
