Job Role: Junior Analyst
Location: Hyderabad, India
Position: Full-time, Entry-level
Experience: 0-2 years of document review experience (preferably in PII/PHI
review)
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior
Analyst at Arete, you will:
·
Document Analysis: Analyze documents, tag content based on
project specifications, and identify patterns during the review process.
·
Collaboration: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts
(SMEs) to receive updates and instructions for ongoing projects.
·
Utilize Review Tools: Leverage platforms such as Relativity,
4iG, and custom tools to identify and extract relevant data.
·
Timely Reporting: Report findings accurately and promptly for
the respective projects.
·
Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of analysis and
maintain quality standards across all projects.
·
Project Management: Manage multiple projects daily, achieving
set targets and deadlines.
·
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and perform other
duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Competencies
·
Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of document analysis,
especially in data breach reviews.
·
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication
skills for effective collaboration.
·
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Windows OS, virtual
machines (VMs), and basic Microsoft Office applications (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint).
·
Knowledge of Review Platforms: Familiarity with tools like Relativity,
Xerox, or other document review platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements
·
Education: Degree in Law, Computer Science,
Mathematics, Information Management, Statistics, or a Bachelor's degree
in a related field.
·
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in document review,
with a preference for candidates with PII/PHI review experience.
·
Work Commitment: Ability to work more than 40 hours per week
when needed.
·
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in
document analysis.
