💼 Role: Consultant – AI & Engineering (.NET Developer)

As a Consultant, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure code quality, and support clients in modernizing their operations.

🛠 Responsibilities

· Develop software solutions across Agile & Waterfall methodologies.

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C# and .NET code.

· Build web applications using ASP.NET (MVC, Web Forms), WCF, JavaScript, HTML.

· Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.

· Debug and resolve defects, ensuring adherence to code quality standards.

· Contribute to design, unit testing, deployment, and defect resolution.

· Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and offshore teams for solution delivery.

🎓 Skills & Experience

Must Have:

· 1–3 years in .NET development (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, JavaScript, HTML).

· Strong grasp of OOP concepts, collections, generics, and ADO.NET.

· Hands-on experience with SQL (basic joins), IIS servers, Visual Studio, TFS.

· Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and estimation techniques.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:

· Experience with Entity Framework, NHibernate, Linq2SQL.

· Knowledge of AngularJS, jQuery, AJAX, Silverlight.

· Understanding of design patterns and build tools (MSBuild, Ant).

· Familiarity with enterprise libraries and configuration scripting.

Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS) or equivalent.

About the Role:

As an Analyst within the Organization Transformation (OT) team, you will participate in developing deliverable content, anticipate client needs, deliver high-quality work, and support the identification and resolution of critical issues for clients. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to create effective transformation strategies that address the "People Dimension of Transformation."

Key Responsibilities:

· Content Development: Participate in the development of deliverable content that meets client needs.

· Client Solutions: Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions with guidance from engagement leaders.

· Client Relationships: Deliver high-quality work to maintain and expand client relationships.

· Issue Resolution: Support the identification and resolution of issues critical to clients' strategic and operational success.

· New Business Proposals: Contribute to new business proposals and client presentations.

· Personal Development: Manage and seek personal and professional development, including expanding consulting skills.

· Implementation Assistance: Provide implementation assistance as required.

Qualifications:

· Experience: 0-3 years of relevant work experience in Transformational Change, Cultural Change, or ERP implementation.
