Understand processes related to Private Equity/Real Estate/Hedge Funds, such as Accounting, Investor Reporting, Capital Calls, Distribution, Financial Statements, etc.

Essential Details:

Handle operations for Private Equity/Real Estate/Hedge Fund, including Fund/Financial Accounting, Book Keeping, Journal Posting, and Financial Statement Preparation.
Calculate and post Management Fees, Carried Interest, and Expenses.
Prepare Capital Call memos, open LCs, and follow up with LPs for funding.
Prepare Distribution workings and LP memos.
Handle Fund Transfer Wires and LC Repayments.
Conduct Cash Reconciliation, Cash Tracking, Posting Entries, and Cash Reporting.
Track Capital transactions.
Conduct Valuation of Portfolio Investments.
