Job Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee
As a Graduate
Engineer Trainee, you will be responsible for providing IT support,
troubleshooting, and maintaining Lenovo’s IT systems. You will gain hands-on
experience working with different IT applications, networking components, and
customer support.
Job Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Assist users with IT technical support over
phone, email, and online communication.

Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to operating
systems, application software, network, and information security.
