Job Summary

Role Description Job Purpose

Ø Develop, customize and maintain software applications – both developed grounds-up as well as packaged solutions using different software tools and technologies to meet the requirements from the user functions. The role is also responsible for learning / exploring new technologies and implementing them into productive use for various business scenarios.

Primary Responsibilities Business Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas) Key Performance Indicators

Ø Carry out the technical design elements of the business / functional requirements and validate the design / architecture with the concerned Executive / Manager

Ø Develop the application as per the technical design

Ø Shadowing of partner’s development team if the project is outsourced

Ø Troubleshooting, debugging of issues and providing resolution

Ø Periodic maintenance activity for application patches and upgrades

Ø Unit / Integration Testing of development artifacts

Ø Training end-users on the application developed / customized

Ø Migration of application / associated data for large migration projects from one technology platform to other

Ø Post-production support

Ø Adherence to KPIs and SLAs for application support

Ø Documentation of design & development work

Ø Quality of delivery

Ø Adherence to timelines for completion of development / maintenance / support activities Ø Iterative development

Ø Minimum rework

It offers live and interactive online courses for children to learn 21st Century Skills, facilitated by top selected mentors under the guidance of a strong pedigree from premium Indian (NITs, IITs, SP Jain, Symbiosis) and global institutes (Harvard, ESB Business School). What do we expect?

 

• You’ll be teaching coding and programming to kids aged 6-14 via live online classes, either 1-on-1 or in small groups
• Assign homework, special projects, and assignments to students
• Encourage student participation and lead student discussions to keep them active and engaged in learning
• Communicate with students and parents to provide progress reports and updates through online chat sessions and email
• Assess and monitor individual student performance to ensure students are keeping up with the curriculum
• Share continuous feedback and inputs with Curriculum Team

 

Skills and Background

 

• Female candidates with

a technical or science education background (B. Tech, BCA, BSc IT, M.Tech, MCA, MSc IT, Phd Pursuing preferred)

OR

a background in education especially teaching Kids from Grade 1-8

• Hands on Experience on Code.org / MIT App Inventor / Thunkable etc preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of block based coding, Java, Python, HTML-CSS , PHP, Javascript , Programming etc. preferred but not mandatory
• Prior Teaching Experience is desirable
• Clear and effective communicator & efficient Time Manager
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
