About the Role
The Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team at PhonePe is
dedicated to fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behavior across the
organization. As an Intern - Ethics & Compliance (Training and
Communication), you’ll support the execution of training and awareness
programs, ensuring employees understand and adhere to the Code of
Conduct and compliance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Program Management:
o Assist in managing training and awareness plans, tracking program
effectiveness, and ensuring timely execution.
o Support the day-to-day operations of the org-wide training program,
including course assignments, training reports, and troubleshooting.
·
Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Validate target audience data for compliance training and address gaps if
any.
o Create accurate and clear program dashboards/reports for leadership and
global stakeholders.
·
Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work with global, compliance, and HR teams to drive the program agenda
forward.
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the communications team to
execute awareness campaigns.

Process Reviews:
o Support reviews of the AC HR Screening process and due
diligence screening as per the Giving Procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft
Office and Google Suite.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data,
identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
