About the InfoSec Internship
This internship opportunity lies within Seagate’s Infosec
Operations team in Pune. As an intern, you’ll work across various areas of
information security, including network security, cloud security,
endpoint detection and response, and threat hunting. It’s a
perfect role for anyone eager to build a strong foundation in cybersecurity and
compliance.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Security
Awareness Training:
o Assist in the development and rollout of internal security
awareness programs.
o Organize training sessions and track employee
participation.
o Keep training content updated to address emerging
cybersecurity threats.
2. Compliance
Dashboards:
o Develop and maintain real-time compliance
dashboards to monitor security metrics.
o Automate compliance reporting for management and
identify gaps in data trends.
o Help prepare detailed reports for leadership teams.
3. Administrative
Support:
o Conduct research, manage documentation, and provide
ad-hoc support to the InfoSec team.
o Maintain records related to compliance and training
initiatives.
