Migration Consultant Position details
·         Must have 3 – 6 years of MS Exchange migration experience
·         The primary responsibility would be to perform the migrations assigned irrespective of the migration types within the shift.
·         Advanced Exchange 2003,2007,2010,2013
·         Expert in PowerShell Scripts
·         Expert in Office 365 technologies
·         Understanding of Notes to Exchange migrations.
·         Expertise on Binary Tree or Quest Tool Sets
·         Understanding of Notes to Exchange Migration environments
·         Exceptional Troubleshooting skills
·         The resource should be an expert in the migration process.
·         The resource should be technically adept to resolve issues during migrations communicate with stakeholders as per the process
·         The resource should be ready to work in shifts, working with atleast 3 customers simultaneously within the given shift.
·         The resource should be able to follow the Run-Book, Migration Guide and perform flawless migrations
·         The resource should have exceptional communication skills
·         The resource should be highly pro-active in monitoring, reporting & troubleshooting.
·         Report to the shift Lead/Manager.

Migration Lead position details
·         Must have 10 – 15 years of MS Exchange migration experience
·         Primary responsibility would be to guide the team on the shift on technical issues & Challenges across migrations
·         Help troubleshoot migration related issues.
·         Front end technical conversations with customer/stakeholders.
·         Provide clear guidance on technical blockers to the team on shift to get the migrations completed on time.
·         Give input to the tools team for automation requirements Ready to work in any shift Work with the Shift Lead/Manager and the Migrators.
·         Collaborate efficiently Advanced expertise in Exchange 2003, 2007,2010,2013
·         Advanced expertise in PowerShell scripting
·         Expert in Notes Migrations
·         Expert in Binary Tree or Quest Migration Tools
