Trainee Service Engineer

To get trained & carry out service activities as per the allocation, Customer's requirement and Organisation's processes.
Responsibilities
• Attend training and/to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
• Execute the commissioning/ breakdown of Ace Micromatic Products within the framework of Micromatic Machine Tools policies and guidelines.
• Attend to customers' complaints.
• Updating of service activities in CRM.
• Organize receivables and commercial documents against invoices.
• Adherence to ISO process, co ordination with other functional departments, Principals and customers.
The employee is supposed to sign an agreement with the company for 3 years.
And Whereas it is a condition of appointment that the Employee shall, immediately on joining the company, enter into an agreement, undertaking to be in continuous service in the company for a period of 3 Years, failing which, the employee shall be liable to pay the company a sum of Rs.100000/- (Rupees One Lakh) towards liquidated damages, which is the amount spent by the company on your training.
RETENTION AMOUNT:
A retention amount will be deducted from your monthly salary for a period of 36 months as mentioned below.
1st Year Service: Rs. 3500/- per month
2nd Year Service: Rs. 1750/- per month
3rd Year Service: Rs. 1500/- per month
The amount will be refunded back after 42 months along with interest @ 8% per annum.
