Job Description:
Customer Associate
- Responsible for outbound calls for follow up with sales staff and customers.
- Will be responsible for follow up with the sales staff for TMS updating and daily plan and reporting at the end of the day
- Follow up with the enquiries at the dealers end for confirming the interest level of the customer & taking care of customer support activities.
- Telemarketing executives may also apply.
- Should have knowledge of working on MS excel – Pivot tables, V-lookup.
Desired Profile:
- Having exp. in inbound/outbound call centre preferably in sales or customer service
- Confident freshers are also welcome.
- Exp. in follow up with customer, customer support is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Hindi and any one of the following languages is MUST – Gujarati, Marathi or Telugu.
- Should have knowledge of working on MS excel – Pivot charts, V-lookup. (MUST)
- Should be very confident and diligent
