JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Position Objective: The Recruiter is responsible for the execution of all phases of the hiring process for professional-level technology positions, management positions and administrative positions complying with company policy and government regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities: · Develops recruitment strategies to proactively source and recruit the right talent and resources in US market. Researches, recommends and implements recruiting techniques as needed. · Establish, cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with hiring managers to ensure successful fulfillment of staffing needs. · Source active and passive candidates from a wide variety of resources (database, Internet, job boards, referrals, cold calls, universities, networking, etc.) ·
Develops and maintains network of contacts with 3rd party vendors and business partners such as search firms, employment agencies and college placement offices to help identify and source qualified candidates. · Pre-screen, interview and submit potential internal and external candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. · Responsible for applicant relations. Ensures applicant fully understands the timeline and monitors expectations. · Work closely with hiring managers and assist in writing and developing job descriptions and identifying competencies as needed. · Develops and coordinates internal and external job postings. · Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
