We have two fabrication units with modern equipment & facilities and a high tech CNC machining facility within a radius of 100 meters on NH 7, Bangalore - Chennai National highway.

Unit I - 25, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore - 560099

 Stainless Steel Process Equipment Fabrication unit with modern & high-tech automated welding facilities.

We have Industrial shed of 40,000 Sq.ft connected with 99 KEB HP power with a captive Power plant of 250 KVA, Open space of 25,000 Sq.ft available for Assembly & Development and separate area for storing raw materials/finished goods. We also have 30 ton EOT Crane with 50 feet lift height, 9 Ton Mobile Crane and Gantry Girders for heavy fabrication/assembly Process lines. Modern infrastructure is available to fabricate high precision equipment in conformity with international codes and standards.


Unit II - 125 B, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bangalore - 560099

 High tech CNC and Conventional machining and assembly facilities
 Fabrication of Carbon Steel and Pressure Equipment manufacturing and testing facilities
 Surface treatment and surface finishing facilities.
 Assembling and testing facilities.
 Hi-Tech Automated welding equipment manufacturing & testing facilities

Among all fabrication facilities, the plant is self supported to undertake all types of fabrication & assembly jobs. It has a built up area of 25,000 sq. feet with 140 KEB HP power and 200 KVA Captive Power Generator including 10 Ton EOT crane and Mobile Crane facility for material handling. Open space of 30,000 sq.ft is utilized for assembly. Testing, surface finish, development of pilot plants for Processes as per customers’ requirements.

Design & Project Office located in our factory premises at the Engineering Department is equipped with the latest design software and has highly qualified, rich experienced engineers & visiting consultants capable of taking up challenging jobs / projects.
