Position - Consultant

Hierarchy Level	Level - 1
Job Description	Strong customer service focus – "Active chat communication" skills with ability to empathize with the customer and prioritize customer needs Comprehension – Ability to clearly understand the problem statement and quickly respond to customer chats Composition – Ability to compose grammatically precise, concise and apt sentences Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with a 'friendly ambiance' Good understanding of Chat etiquettes Flexible to work in night shifts, cab will be provided for free Door pick up and Door drop during night shifts
Will Report To	Team Leader
Qualification	Non-graduates/Graduates from any discipline
Work Experience in Years	0-18 months in any field
Software Skills	Written and verbal communication skills Typing skills of 25 words per minute with an accuracy of 80%
Type of Work Experience	Knowledge of browsers (MS Internet Explorer) & perform all end-user services on the email system
