Functional Title of the Job: Banking Associate

Eligibility: MBA + skills as defined below

Salary: 2.5L - 3 L

Basic Job Purpose: Driving acquisition for Banking Products – Cards/PL/Mortgage/Banking accounts

Job Description

• Delivering on Card Acquisition/PL targets through Direct Sales and Xsell of other banking products such as Mortgage, Banking accounts and third party products such as Insurance 
• Ability to engage with prospective customers at our partnership locations to acquire new customers
• Tele Calling prospective clients/ corporate to generate leads, ensure fulfillment.
• New business development through micromarketing events, Road shows, etc.
• Carry out Business Development and sales activities in partner locations with the view to enhance market share 

Candidate Specifications

 1. Sound knowledge of Market and complete mobility within Location

 2. Communication skills and personality to engage with clients 

 3. High Persuasion & execution skills /Attention to detail 

 4. Experience in the Indian markets, understanding of client/customer engagement – will be an added advantage

 5. Ability to carry out telecalling on prospective client base and convert it into a Sale

 6. Ability to carry out end to end fulfillment and also involve oneself in one to one sale through a partner in store sourcing model

 7. Aggressive and business oriented, ability to work with the Banker team as well as Channel partners to deliver on a business plan.
