Work Location: Mumbai MOBILE USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER - iOS/ ANDROID Responsibilities The Mobile UX Designer - iOS/ Android role will have extensive client interaction and will serve as the voice of the user while accommodating customer needs and technical requirements from engineering. This role will work closely with clients, project managers, design, engineering, and quality assurance. As the advocate for the user, this role brings user- centered design ( UCD) process methods to mobile applications from concept to launch. You must be innovative, quick to adapt, and eager to continually learn new technologies within the mobile space. You must have strong interaction design and usability skills with a knack to make the complex clear for designers and engineersalike. Requirements We'd like you to come to us with about 3 years of experience, and up. We have positions for all levels of experience. At least 2 years of experience creating highly- detailed annotated wireframes, user flows, and process flows within complex mobile applications In- depth knowledge in iOS and/ or Android mobile and tablet platforms In- depth knowledge of user interface design patterns for mobile and web Fluency with tools such as OmniGraffle, Visio or Photoshop for wireframing and InDesign or Keynote for presenting your ideas The ability to sketch and generate big- picture ideas for early- stage UX work Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage clients and the team collaboratively in the creative process Strong time management skills and the ability to be self- directed when needed Willingness to travel up to 10%Preferred Skillset Familiarity with developer/ engineer tools and SDKs Foundational skills in visual communication and information visualization Experience developing rapid prototypes Experience with project estimation Knowledge of the Scrum development process Experience planning and facilitating user research and usability tests including familiarity with tools such as Silverback and Morae Designer : 1 to 2 years of relevant design experience. Should be hungry and have an urge to learn and absorb. Should be experimental and innovative Strong conceptual skills with ability to independently work on briefs. Primarily will be working in the Digital Media but should have a know how of what is going on in other medium Team Player who should be able contribute in a team of art directors and other functionsExcellent communication skills Dynamic and Self driven. Knowing some of the following softwares would be an advantage. Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Fireworks Art director : 4 to 5 years of relevant agency experience. Should have a flair and passion for design Should be experimental and innovative Strong conceptual skills with ability to independently work on briefs. Primarily will be working in the Digital Media but should be able to conceptualize campaigns in other mediums Team Player who should be able to guide a team of young visualisers Excellent communication skills Dynamic and Self driven Knowing some of the following softwares would be an advantage. Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Fireworks Sr. Art director : 5 to 8 years of relevant agency experience. Should have a flair and passion for design Should be experimental and innovative Strong conceptual skills with ability to independently work on briefs. Primarily will be working in the Digital Media but should be able to conceptualize campaigns in other mediums Team Player who should be able to guide a team of art directors and visualizers Excellent communication skills Dynamic and Self driven Knowing some of the following softwares would be an advantage.
