1) Position : IT Recruiter (US Staffing)

Job Description

1. As part of the recruitment team you will primarily interact with Software Developers based in the U.S 

2. Source, Identify prospective I.T candidates using various job portals.

3. Ensure that the candidates resume appropriately reflects candidate's required experience and perform required checks.

4. To conduct initial Interviews by phone to determine the candidates experience and skill levels. 

5. keep the sourced candidates and sales team informed over the status at all times. 

6. Negotiate commercial terms, rates with Software developer and IT Companies. 

7. Work and Co-ordinate with the internal sales team. 

8. Routinely updating the MIS system. 

9. Generate Weekly & Monthly Reports. 

Competencies required: 1. B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) and MCA (2012 / 2013 batch) 
2. Sound knowledge on I.T concepts & exposure to software trends. 3. Good communication skills and a quick learner. 4. Ability to work independently being self motivated. 5. Should be good in convincing and have strong interpersonal skills 6. Should have the ability to deliver results and perform in a challenging environment. 7. Target oriented individual with excellent negotiation skills.

Salary--14,000 INR + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Free Meal Facility + Every 3 Months Performance Appraisal (on quarterly basis)

Job Location : Noida

2) Position : Business Development Manager (US Staffing - Night Shift)

Job Description

1. Will be responsible for lead generation and client relationship.

2. As part of the Business development team you will primarily interact with U.S clients.

 3. Responsible for new business acquisition in I.T Staffing. 

4. Negotiate commercial terms with the clients handle the complete sales lifecycle. 

5. Generate requirements from I.T clients (New and Existing) through cold calling on the phone. 

6. To acquire new business in USA in IT staffing. 

7. Negotiate commercial terms, rates with clients and consultants. 

8. Work and Co-ordinate with internal support departments. 

Competencies Required: 1. MBA/PGDM (Marketing/IB) 2011/2012/2013 batch
2. Excellent communication skills.
 
3. Ability to work independently and self motivated.

4. Should be good in convincing and have strong interpersonal skills.

5. Should have the ability to deliver results and perform in a challenging environment. 

6. Target oriented individual with excellent negotiation skills.

Salary : 16,000 INR + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Free Meal Facility + Every 3 Months Performance Appraisal(on quarterly basis).
