We are pleased to inform you that  SIMS (Samundra Institute Of Maritime Studies), would be conducting a campus drive for his parent shipping company “Executive Ship Management Pte Ltd.” Singapore as a Junior Engineer with a monthly stipend in dollars for  B.Tech -2012(passed out) & 2013(passing out) Mechanical Branch as per following details:

 Entry Requirements:

Eligibility	BE (Mechanical) Engineering , 2012(passed out) & 2013(passing out)
Age	Not more than 25 years as on the joining date
Academic	Graduation in BE (Mechanical) Engineering / Naval Architecture from an AICTE/DEEMED UNIVERSITY approved Institute with a minimum marks of 55% in final year.
Medical	Physically fit and meet the standards laid out by DG Shipping*
Language	English shall be one of the subjects with minimum marks scored 50% in class X or XII or degree
Eyesight	Use of corrective lenses permitted but the maximum permissible limits, at entry, are 6/12 in each eye or 6/9 in the better eye and 6/18 in the other eye, for Distant Unaided Vision. (As given in M.S. Act, Medical Examinations, and Annexure B.)
Placement	(700-800) dollars during training after training student will get 3000-4000 dollars per month as salary.
Important Note/Instructions for candidates appearing for the Entrance Examination:

(a) At the time of reporting for examination the candidates have to carry the following list of documents and 1 set of Xerox copies of certificates and is to be submitted: i.          SSC Original Mark sheet & Passing Certificate and also copies. ii.         HSC Original Mark sheet & Passing Certificate and also copies. iii         BE /B. Tech Original Mark sheets and copies of all semesters( in case the candidate is            appearing for the final semester examination they are supposed to carry the bonafide            certificate from the institute signed by Principal/ Director) iv         Sports and Extra Curricular Certificates and awards achieved. v          2 recent color passport size photographs with name roll no. and signature on back.             Bring your instruments, pen and HB pencil for examination vi         Kindly note that candidate has to be in formal dress

 You are requested to intimate all the students of 2012 (passed out) & 2013 (passing out) batch accordingly & forward the list of eligible students as per the attached format latest by 20th March 2013.
