1. Acquiring CASA i.e. Current & Savings Account Customers 
2. Pure Field Sales Role (Sales Calls to be made by visiting customer on daily basis) 
3. Participate in Lead Generation activities planned by the branch 
4. Sales Calls will be driven by cold calling 
5. Meet your Monthly targets (# of Accounts & Balance maintained in the account) 
6. Make Incentives every month (It will be variable income for you) 
7. Represent high values on field by selling the right product & adhering to commitments given to the customer 

Desired Candidate Profile:
