Sales & Marketing Executive Client Servicing
Clay Exhibit is a leading exhibition stand Designer & Contractor based in Delhi looking for a sales & marketing coordinator (female) for its office based in south delhi.
Candidates must have a passion for sales marketing & client servicing. We pride ourselves on our professional yet personal service and are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills. There will be daily interaction with both clients and potential clients.
In a small company like Clay Exhibits the demarcation lines between colleagues are limited; each person is expected to support each other. However, the specific tasks which the Sales and Marketing executive will be expected to undertake include the following:
Handling sales phone calls and e-mails
Developing and implementing ideas for the marketing and sales
Utilising social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness
Assisting with promotional events
On site supervision and interaction with client
Attending and presenting at trade shows & fairs
Supporting the Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager in all aspects of their work
Skills and experience:
Excellent customer service skills
Articulate and good telephone manner
Excellent communication skills, particularly for a sales audience
High level of computer proficiency and demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion
Passion and enthusiasm for Exhibition Industry
Strong sense of initiative and a “can do” attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
