JOB TITLE: Research Interviewer


Job Description:

As a market research interviewer, you would gather information on people's attitudes and opinions by asking them questions from pre-prepared surveys. You would be required to conduct market research interviews by telephone and meet all the standards laid down by the organization.


Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Make outbound calls to different geographies (UK, US, Australia) etc. in order to collect data through primary sources
·         Collect data through CATI (Computer Aided Telephonic Interviews) & CAWI (Computer Aided Web Interviews)
·         Generate leads using various search engines (depends on the project)
·         Perform secondary research on the internet (depends on the project)
·         Maintain confidentiality of all the collected data
·         Follow project specifications
·         Exercise courtesy and professionalism to all respondents
·         Other duties as assigned by manager

Skills:
·         Open to a 24*7 working environment
·         Open for outbound calling
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Energetic and self motivated
·         Strong interpersonal skills

Experience and Qualification:

·         Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate is any stream
