Behavioral
Competencies Required
1. Good communication skills and technical knowledge with an attitude to
help customers.
2. Confident, stable and an Independent worker, open to flexible hours,
night shifts.
3. Strong customer service aptitude.
4. Multitasking skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong
operational focus
5. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Technical
Competencies Required
1. Working knowledge of Operating Systems and basic understanding of
Internet fundamentals.
3. Working knowledge of Desktops and Laptops and basic understanding of
computer hardware, peripherals and accessories.
Qualification
Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC)/Diploma in Computer
Applications/Hardware with minimum 6 months relevant work experience.
Graduate Freshers. Desirable Degree or diploma from recognized Institute/
University BA/BS in a Technical discipline or equivalent work One year
technical support experience.
