Profile for Executive Engineer
- Person must have done full time
degree engineering in from a reputed institute with good
performance
- Person must have sound working
experience of working in any reputed company ( for executive position
)
- Candidate must have good
communication skill
- Candidate must have strong
desire to learn and grow in a competitive environment
- Candidate must have research
aptitude to keep aware about the latest development globally in the field
they work
Selection
Process :
1. Firstly,
the primary screening would be done of based on Candidates resume and Personal
Information Form and the shortlisted candidates would be called for first round
of interview.
2. All the
selected candidates are supposed to be present at the given venue for the first
round of interview which would be a personal round on their allotted schedule.
The candidates who are based out of Gujarat can opt for their first round of
interview via Skype.
3. Those who
would be shortlisted from the first round of interview, would be called for
Second / Final round of interview which would include personal discussions,
tests and other process as per company standards.
4. Selected
candidates from the final round of interview would be called upon for the final
discussion and offer letter formalities.
