We are pleased to inform you that Daffodil Software is visiting Echelon Institute of Technology, Faridabad on 14th May 2014 at 9:00 am for campus recruitment. We would like to invite your eligible students for recruitment drive.

Eligibility : We are looking for B.Tech in CSE & IT & MCA’s (2014 Batch), with 60 % score. Passed outs of 2012 & 2013 batch can also join the drive but please ensure only unplaced students attend the drive.

Designation – Jr. Associate – IT ( on payroll of Daffodil only)

Salary – Rs 10,000 as stipend for first six months , then CTC for next one year – 2.32 lacs

Process of interview :

Company Presentation 

Online Test

Technical/ HR round at company office 

There will be one online test of one hour, on the basis of short listing it will be followed by Technical f2f and then HR Round. 

Service Agreement : We do have service agreement policy for freshers. We just need a commitment from students side that they will be with Daffodil for a period of two years. In that reference, they are also required to submit a cheque of Rs 1.5 Lacs. The cheque can be of zero balance account as well, but account should be on name of Selected student only. This cheque is completely returnable to them once they complete the said period with Daffodil.
