Job Description
- Be a part of quality Assurance team and able to test overall functionality of the product. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Travel Industry.
- Prepare and execute Test scenarios as well as test cases covering Functional aspects of the system.
- Should be able to Work/QA on AIR, Hotel, Car, Insurance etc. All travel related products.
- Provide vital inputs in enhancing the overall look and feel as well as the functionality of the product.
- Understand different business process of Travel Agencies and test the system based on their use cases.
- Check the fare and other content showing on the sales channel and suggest for issues or enhancements as per the user perspective.
- Raising issues within team and follow ups for the open ones with end to end resolution.
- Work independently with various teams for fixation of the errors.
Salary:
INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A
- Dynamic professionals with experience in Travel agency as a travel agent/ticket booking executive.
- Good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications and mail drafting / report writing.
- Experience in AIR Fare Loading or in any other travel process will be preferred.
- Preferably worked on Airfares. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
- Sound knowledge of international /Domestic Ticketing and fare calculation.
- Good Knowledge of any GDS.
- Good observation and analyzing skills.
