FindLaw has an immediate opening for the position of Trainee Content Analyst. This position is responsible for a range of web based activities in content domain.Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- FindLaw is seeking a Trainee Content Analyst to create, modify and edit profiles of attorneys and update tracking activities of law firm Web sites in content management system. The content is intended to attract Internet users and convert them into law firm clients. In this role, you will be responsible for creating focus pages and profiles for attorneys along with completing technical edits. You will be required to update the activity tracking of law firm Websites with the latest credentials available in the system and the stage of development they are at. Proofreading skills and fluency with content management system is required.
Complete technical edits of legal Web site profile. A technical edit should include review and correction of errors involving:
o Spelling
o Punctuation
o Grammar
o Sentence structure (i.e., noun - verb agreement)
o Word usage (i.e., "their" "there" "you're" "your")
o Voice consistency (i.e. singular - plural "we - our" "I - my")
o Adhering to style guidelines and ensuring all content matches those guidelines
o Adhere to documented processes and best practices including attorney's phone number/address and other important credentials.
o A Trainee Content Analyst would also be having the following additional responsibilities :
Work closely with the Associate Manager and assist in providing timely reporting and ensure production metrics are being met on a daily basis. o Manage workloads and ensure Queues are managed on priority defined by the Associate Manager and stake holders.
o Document work and correspondence in tracking systems
o Support in training and ramping up of new resources

Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in English Required Skills: · Freshers· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite· Good command of English language· Should be familiar with content management systems in a Windows environment Desired Skills: · Excellent vocabulary, grammar and proofreading skills· Strong attention to detail· Ability to meet tight deadlines and strict production goals· Must be task-oriented and deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously· Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment At Thomson Reuters, we believe what we do matters.
