Bharat Electronics Limited,  India’s premier professional Electronics Company requires        
03 Publication Officers on contract basis for a period of  ONE year, for its Technical
Literature/Central D&E, Bengaluru Unit.
Candidates will be required to work on the development of Technical documents for AWE &
C system, being designed and developed by Centre  for Airborne Systems (CABS), Yemuluru
(Old Airport Road/Bengaluru).
Walk-in-Selection is scheduled to be held on  21.06.2014 at the  Centre for Learning and
Development (CLD), Bharat Electronics Limited, Jalahalli Post, Bengaluru – 560 013.

Written Test : 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Announcement of the Written Test Results : 11:30 a.m.
Interview : 12:30 p.m. onwards
REQUIREMENTS:
 Qualification: Masters Degree in Electronics Science/Masters Degree in Electronics  
(2 years full time) with specialization in Electronics Science/Electronics from a
recognized University/Institution.  First Class for  GEN/OBC candidates and  Pass
class for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
 Age: Candidates should be a maximum of 26 years of age as on  01.06.2014.
SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates will be given age relaxation as per the Government
Guidelines.
 Period on Contract: The requirement is temporary and on contract basis for ONE
year. The requirement may be reviewed for extension of contract, after completion of
one year.
 Remuneration: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs.12,000/- p.m. for
candidates having  relevant  work experience upto 1 year. Rs. 14,000/- p.m. for
experience more than 1 year upto 2 years and Rs. 15,000/- p.m. for experience more
than 2 years.
 Selection Process: Selection will be through a Written Test/Interview which will be
held on the same day.

 Candidates will be permitted to attend the written test/Interview subject to fulfilling
the above criteria of Qualification & age.
 Candidates are required to produce all the original documents i.e. SSLC Marks card,
Master’s Degree Certificate, Master’s Degree Semester Marks Cards, Caste / Disability
Certificate in the prescribed format available on BEL website, relevant experience
certificate (if the candidate is not able to produce experience certificate, Appointment
letter and latest pay slip of the Company in original to be produced) and a copy of
these documents along with 2 recent passport size color photographs on the day of
Written Test/Interview.
 Candidates who have not completed their M.Sc. need not apply. Those who are
unable to produce their degree certificate, semester marks card and Caste Certificate
in original, on the day of Written Test/Interview due to any reason what so ever will
NOT be considered.
Candidates will be required to work at CABS premises for 5 days in a week and submit the
progress report on Saturdays to Technical Literature department at BEL factory/ Jalahalli.
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD  candidates will be as per the Government
Guidelines. Only Indian Nationals need apply.
BEL reserves the right to debar/disqualify any candidate at any stage of the selection
proceedings, for any reason whatsoever. Canvassing in any form will result in
disqualification.
