Job Description
SUMMARY :
Ensuring Sales & Distribution as per Business plan with
the help of CD network and field sales force in the assigned area. Achieve
planned volumes & distribution for various brands through effective product
visibility, availability & distribution.
Related work experience:
The Candidates must be Post Graduates(MBA/PGDM:Full Time)
with 3-6 years of experience in selling of Food / FMCG products.
PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITY /Job Description :
1.Measure potential of territory
a.List all outlets (use TSI, SRs/DSMs for listing).
b.Identify FMCG selling Outlets.
c.Classify outlets.
2.Make Route maps for optimum coverage.
3.Retailing / Wholesaling.
4.Manage distributors performance
5.Distributor claims handling
6.Achieving primary and secondary targets.
7.Short-listing and recommendation of distributors.
8.Reporting & resolving of grievances and consumer
complaints.
9.Implementing & settlement of schemes
10.Product availability, visibility and Merchandising
11.Distributor salesmen, SR and TSI activity monitoring
12.To ensure availability of adequate funds (BG/SD) and
infrastructure at distributors point.
13.Opening new outlets and its monitoring.
14.Planning and utilization of BTL budgets.
15.Reporting of competitors activities.
