Job Description:

Candidate will be responsible for managing brand relationships and making sure that complaint resolution process and brand’s expectations are met. Ability to articulate your thoughts and report to the senior management is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage brand relationships and make sure that they use our dashboard regularly.
  • Developing new relationship with brands.
  • Finding different ways to resolve complaints.
  • Work closely with your team members to make your customers and brands happy.
  • Identify key trends and factors responsible for brand satisfaction.
  • Help the Operations team in increasing the resolution rate.

  •  convincing brands to reply to complaints promptly could be challenging
