Job description

We are hiring resources at Process Associate level for Backend / Transaction Processing Process and are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Good Familiarity with the usage of MS package excel, word, email writing skills
• Good Analytical Skills, problem solving skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to make decisions and escalate in required conditions
• Good English Communication & Comprehension Skills
• Multitasking skills to be able toggle between multiple screens, multiple input sources, multiple applications/calculators
• Ability to understand financials & use correct figures to calculate refund figure
• Eye for detail ensure that all the information provided matches the calculation, identify areas to do manual calculations
