- Identify companies and institutions who will need
to create daycares within their campuses.
- Meet and pitch to such companies.
- Establish and develop long-term relationships
with such clients and secure contracts to create and operate on-site
daycares within their premises.
- Execute the processes required to set up an
on-site daycare such as creating, disseminating and analyzing a needs
assessment study, identifying pricing options and other synergy options
with client companies.
- Coordinating internally to execute set-up of the
center within stipulated timelines.
- Securing the minimum number of admissions
required to start the Centre.
