2.     Profile Description:  The selected candidates would be doing analysis and day trading in US equity exchanges like NYSE, NASDAQ&Amex. This profile DOES NOT entail selling/marketing of financial products or servicing/calling clients. In fact the successful Learner would be a full-fledged, hard core US stock market analyst/trader able to make wise and informed stock trading decisions.

3.     Position: Trader

4.     Eligibility: 

a.     MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance)/ Any Post Graduation Related To Capital Market.

b.     The candidate should be ready to work in US market shift (Mon – Fri, 6PM – 3AM).

c.     NCFM or any other certification related to capital market will be an additional advantage.

d.     Any graduate / post graduate who have strong passion for trading.

e.     CFAs / CMTs can also apply.

f.      Candidate should ideally possess good communication and mathematical skills.

g.     Experience in Indian Market won’t be considered.

h.    The candidate should be updated about the happenings in the Capital Markets.

i.      The candidate must be his / her early 20s and should not have appeared for the selection process within past 3 months. 

5.     Selection Process Includes:

a.     Aptitude Test (Elimination Round)

b.     HR Round (Elimination Round)

c.     On the Job Training – 3 Months Minimum.

d.     Date Of Interview –8-11JULY 2014@ 1.30PM-5.30PM. (mon-fri)Sat and sun are week off

6.    Compensation & Benefits:

a. Compensation after successful completion of the training would be as per industry standard  & one of the highest profit sharing – incentive scheme in the industry. Salary is subject to increase based on the trader’s performance, every year. The net take home for a trader per month varies from few tens of thousands to few lakhs. 

7.    Documents Necessary For The Selection Process:

a.     Updated CV.

b. All Mark Sheets (10^th To The Highest Education Qualification) – Original + Photocopy.

c.     PAN Card - Original + Photocopy.

d.     Passport Size Photo.

e.    Other Govt Issued Photo Id Proofs e.g. Passport, Drivers’ License, etc (Original + Photocopy).No interviews would be conducted if the candidate doesn’t carry the above mentioned documents in original & photocopy.
